Description: Mint Condition . Japanese Satsuma pottery bowl. Mark 'Satsuma' 薩摩 and has a typical Shimazu crest above. Stylistically it made in early 20th century, Taisho period. It is of good size and condition with well preserved gilt enamels. The crazing on this bowl is characteristic of Satsuma Pottery and not considered a defect. vintage decorations are sold as is.
